Questions about the specifics of the home and the neighborhood? We offer virtual showings and videos so you can get a closer look at the home and the area.  This will relieve the stress of purchasing site unseen if you need to do so.  We can do a live showing with you or a recorded video.

If you're concerned about the value of the home, no need to be.  We offer a current Comparative Market Analysis to give you an idea of the home value.  Your lender will also have an appraisal completed on the home prior to closing to ensure it's value does not exceed your purchase price.
